• 1) ANSTF urges the USFWS and/or MICRA to take the necessary steps needed in terms of legislation and national plans to allow the use of invasive carp funding in the Tombigbee and Mobile River Basins.
• 2) ANSTF urges Congress to amend NANPCA so that Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and all U.S. territories and possessions are eligible to receive aquatic invasive species management plan funding.
